1. No Refund After Purchase

All payments made for listing packages or premium services on HouseBazar.pk are non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the listing is activated.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Users may request to cancel their listing plan order at any time before the payment is verified and the package is activated. Once a listing is active on the platform, you may choose to unpublish or cancel your listing at any time through your account dashboard; however, voluntary cancellations of active plans will not be refunded for any unused time.

3. Refund Eligibility (Within 6 Hours)

Refund requests may only be considered within 6 hours of purchase and must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Approvals are strictly at the administration’s discretion.

4. Refunds in Case of Technical Errors

If a payment was successful but your purchased service could not be activated due to a technical error or system issue on our end, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund after verification.

5. Platform Responsibility

House Bazar is an informational listing platform and holds no financial liability beyond reasonable technical support or refund review for the digital packages sold directly by us.
